1.⁠ ⁠Products & Orders
* Artworks & Blessings Art (Non-Custom): Standard paintings and blessing art (without personal customization) are typically shipped within one week from the order date.
* Custom & Personalized Items: Custom orders begin production immediately in our studio. Personalized items (such as ketubahs or custom art) are shipped according to a timeline coordinated directly with the customer based on the event date.
* Apparel & Bags: T-shirts and bags are fulfilled and shipped according to Printful’s production and delivery timelines.
* Digital Products: Digital goods are delivered via instant download immediately after purchase.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery
* Ketubahs & Premium Shipments: Ketubahs and special packages are shipped via premium courier services (such as DHL or UPS). Estimated delivery is typically within 7 business days.
* Blessings Art & Paintings: Shipped via Israel Post with a tracking number, according to their delivery schedule. Estimated delivery is generally within 3 weeks.
* Express Shipping: Upgrading to fast/express shipping is always available upon personal request and coordination.

3.⁠ ⁠Returns & Refunds
* Custom Items: No returns or refunds are accepted on personalized or custom-made products.
* Digital Products: All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available for digital downloads.
* Standard Physical Products (Paintings & Blessings Art): Non-custom paintings and blessings art can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and shipped securely to prevent any damage during transit.

All copyrights and ownership of all artworks, designs, and content on this website remain exclusively with Anat Michaelis / Leila by Anat, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing via email.
